Do you recommend to use the email system at ClicShopping or use an external system like mailchimp or other.

The email system is not the best. Use something that is designed to send emails like mailchimp. All you have to do then is to figure out a way to sync the subscribers.

It may also save your site from being blacklisted.

I agree with Ryan to use an external tool.

Just before, your customers must be agree to accept to receive the newsletters.

Inside ClicShopping, it's easy, the customer can change in this account

But with an external tool, it's different because there is no synchronisation with ClicShopping.

The best approach is to make a connexion with your Mailchimp or your service / app in this case.

At any time, the customer must have control of these data. If it's impossible to allow the customer to change a setting then you must precise the process to contact you to change the setting.
