Composer warning message,what is it ?

I installer an app payment and I have a composer warning, what is the problem ?

Hello @Tempo,
The app does not contain the libraries and try to download it. If you this message, your provider has blocked this execution process or activate the function exec I think. You must to do manually by the console.
 

composer require mylibraires

If you have not this option, you must install locally your application,execute the command and download in composer.json, composer,lock and inside ClicShopping Directories the vendor directory.

if you can not do that I recommend do not activate this module else you will have an error.
