AI for the little e-commerce website is complicated. But if you use a company can have some data, you can try.

Create IA chat can be  an orientation but you have some informations to manage, not sur it's good orientation.

Agree with @Patrick, it's complicated to use IA for the small company, the data are not enough and the chat must be in relation with the product. Last thing for one product it can have lot of question.

The tools and the automatisation is no enough evolved. lot of company promote AI but do not use and the end.

The chat is little complicated to use and to propose an answer with the good response.
