When I am in B2B, I have the OUR SERVICES title box blank.

Is it normal ?

You must select inside page manager  information with B2B or all groups options.
You will see the information inside.

Ok, But if there is nothing inside the box appear always.

I think you find a small bug, but you can change the sql request by this. It must resolve your problem.
